1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for a retreat event or utilizing the website of Minyrafon Retreat ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Guest" or "Attendee") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are registering on behalf of a group or other individuals, you accept responsibility for ensuring all members of your party adhere to these terms.

2. Event Bookings & Payment Terms

All retreat registrations and event bookings are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment must be made **in full at the time of booking** via our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not accept partial deposits or cash payments on site unless explicitly arranged in writing beforehand.

3. Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

Due to the limited capacity and preparation involved in our retreat events, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If you are unable to attend a booked retreat, you may transfer your registration to another individual provided you notify us in writing via email at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.

4. Acceptable Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or malicious code, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our site, servers, or connected databases. Any breach of this provision constitutes a misuse of our systems and may result in restriction of access and legal action.

5. Property Rules, Conduct & Respect for Grounds

Minyrafon is a dedicated Christian sanctuary focused on spiritual rest, community, and quiet renewal. Guests and event attendees agree to respect the peaceful enjoyment of other guests, neighbors, and staff. Smoking, vaping, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited indoors and across non-designated outdoor areas. We reserve the right to charge for any intentional damage, breakages, or specialized restoration required as a result of your stay or workshop participation.

6. Liability & Personal Belongings

We accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables brought onto our 5.5-acre grounds or riverbank, except where such injury or loss is directly caused by our proven negligence. Guests participating in outdoor woodland exercises or wood workshop activities do so at their own risk and are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.
